A therapy group specially made for moms.
Motherhood is hard.
You love being a mom. You love your kids. You wouldn’t trade being a mom for the world. But being a mom is a tough job, and it never ends. You need a place where you can be real about the stressors of raising a family, feel heard and truly understood, AND get tools that can help you manage the next kid crisis that comes your way.
This therapy group is designed to address the unique stressors of being a parent, such as guilt, fear, feelings of not doing it right, and difficulty setting boundaries (especially with your children). Plus, you receive the support of a seasoned therapist and other moms going through the same thing.
Mindfulness for Moms: About the Program
This is a 6-week online program delivered via interactive live web streaming. Participants engage with one another as well as with the co-facilitators:
Group duration: 6 online sessions, each session is 1.5 hours. One midway break during each session.
Each session has a theme and a set of yoga & mindfulness tools for reducing stressors unique to moms.
Participants share their wisdom and learn from one another through group and 1:1 break out room activities.
