I'm Michelle Fury, Owner and Founder of RYT. I have an LPC through the State of Colorado and am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I worked at a Children's Hospital in behavioral health for nearly 15 years, where I helped start a yoga therapy program. That's where I met Agnes and Emily, who are now part of the EYT team. I was named the first full-time yoga therapist in a hospital setting by IAYT. I've been in private practice since 2019 and I've been a student of yoga since 1995, I used to joke that yoga was my therapy! I have a passion for helping kids thrive. I also have a passion for inspiring clinicians just like you to practice self care. And that's the point of our training program Yoga Tools for Therapists: to give you a set of tools to help your clients and yourself. Click on the title of my book Using Yoga Therapy to Promote Mental Health in Children and Adolescents (Handspring, 2015) to purchase. It's the cornerstone of our Rhythms Yoga Training method. Reach me at michelle@rhythmsyogatraining.com.

I'm Agnes Palej-Ramirez, an RYT Apprentice & Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. I also hold a Professional School Counselor endorsement through the Colorado Department of Education. I worked with Michelle at Children’s Hospital for over seven years. Currently I am a school counselor in Aurora Public Schools. My passion is to help children, adolescents and their families navigate life's challenges. Yoga has been a big part of my personal life. I enjoy the practice of mindfulness and moments of being alone with myself. I look forward to helping highly skilled clinicians just like you to find a balance of high standards in your work while also maintaining self-care. You can reach me at agnes.magdalena.pr@gmail.com

I'm Emily Sledge, RYT Apprentice and Licensed Master of Social Work in Texas, working towards LCSW licensure. I am currently a therapist in a holistic wellness practice, combining more traditional therapy approaches with yoga, meditation, and breathwork for teens and adults. I also have experience working with kids and teens in residential services, in a charter high school, and at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where I worked with Michelle & Agnes during my internship. I am also a registered yoga teacher at the 200-hour level. Personally, I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and have watched it transform my life spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally. I am excited to help you as therapists create impactful change in your own lives as well as in the lives of your clients. You can reach me at emilymsledge@gmail.com.
